VIVA TRANSCRIPTION'S ECO-FRIENDLY INITIATIVES HELP CLIENTS SAVE THE ENVIRONMENT
Unlimited online storage of transcripts could potentially save millions of sheets of paper
SANTA CRUZ, Calif. (September 2, 2009) –Since its establishment in 2003, VIVA Transcription has offered its clients free unlimited storage of their medical transcripts on VIVA its secure web-based storage system. As a result, clients are encouraged to reduce the amount of documents they need to print, knowing their documents are available online 24 hours a day. An external audit of VIVA’s transcription volume has indicated that if every client stopped printing their documents by relying on VIVA’s unlimited storage system, over ½ million pages would be saved every year.
