VIVA Transcription does not share or sell information that identifies our users personally, or make it possible for other parties to contact them directly. VIVA Transcription does not share or sell information to any third party that is not directly associated with VIVA Transcription in the form of a subsidiary or strategic partnership. However, VIVA may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on VIVA Transcription or the site; (b) protect and defend our rights or property, the site, site users or the public.
