Recognizing the need for reliable transcription services, Manuel Prado built VIVA Transcription from the ground up in 2003. As VIVA’s Founder & President, Prado developed patent-pending transcription technology and set up VIVA offices in the United States, Argentina and the Philippines. Overseeing all of VIVA’s operations, Prado provides the company’s vision, direction, policies, oversight for its state-of-the-art technology as well as daily interaction regarding client-related decisions.
With the desire to give back to the community, he has implemented an internal philanthropy program at VIVA, allocating a portion of all proceeds to the Global Fund for Women and contributing to the Stanford Papua New Guinea Medical Project.
Manuel Prado holds a Bachelors Degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He was born in the United States and has lived abroad in Europe and South America. He speaks English, Spanish and French and currently resides in Santa Cruz, California.
